Are you a Technical Tester who is passionate about performance testing and non-functional testing in complex system landscapes? We are now looking for you for upcoming consulting assignments where you will help ensure that business-critical system solutions not only function functionally – but also meet high requirements for performance, stability, and scalability!
Responsibilities
In the role of technical tester within non-functional testing, you play a crucial role in large-scale IT initiatives. You work closely with developers, architects, technical teams, and vendors to identify bottlenecks and ensure high quality.
Your main responsibilities:
Performance & Volume Testing: Plan, prepare, and execute tests to validate capacity, response times, and measure performance under various load scenarios. Test Design & Data: Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on defined non-functional requirements. Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze test results, logs, and data flows to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and technical risks. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, infrastructure specialists, development, and test teams regarding actions, optimizations, and improvements. Method Development: Contribute to establishing and developing working methods, processes, and testing methods for non-functional testing. Reporting: Document results as well as communicate recommendations and risks to project management and the steering group.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
3–7 years of experience in technical testing with a focus on non-functional testing (especially performance testing). A good understanding of integrations, databases, applications, and system architecture in complex environments (both cloud and on-prem). Experience with testing and analysis tools such as LoadRunner Enterprise SaaS, LoadRunner Virtual Table Server, jMeter, Splunk, Bruno, Fiddler, or Wireshark. Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and EDIFACT. Experience with or understanding of integration techniques and protocols such as REST, Kafka, API Gateways, SFTP/FTP, and HTTP. Ability to analyze logs as well as translate non-functional requirements into concrete tests. Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
Experience from business systems and logistics environments such as ERP, WMS, TMS, or Supply Chain systems. Experience working in large transformation or implementation projects. Knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Structured and driving: You take personal responsibility for your area, work methodically, and drive testing forward from planning to reporting. Collaborative: You thrive in the interface between technical specialist teams, vendors, and business representatives and are skilled at explaining technical results in an understandable way.
Assignment facts:
Scope: Full-time (100 %). Location: Stockholm. Start date / Duration: Recurring needs with start according to agreement.
