Your tasks

Job Description Do you have a genuine interest in technology and are driven by leading others toward common successes? We are now looking for an engaged and driven team leader for our client's production. In the role of team leader for our machine operators, you are responsible for leading and coaching employees in their daily work, while also being operational in production. You will work with advanced machines, including screenprinting, and serve as a link between the operators and the production goals. Being comfortable working independently and taking your own initiative is central, as the role requires you to both manage operations and handle technical challenges with a focus on safety and efficiency. We are looking for you who resides in the local area (western Stockholm, northern Stockholm, central Stockholm, or Kista) and who is ready for a role where development is central. As a person, you are unpretentious, driven, and have a natural ability to inspire your team. You understand the importance of accuracy and working according to established safety routines, while being solution-oriented when processes demand your technical competence.

Responsibilities Lead and coach machine operators to ensure high productivity and quality. Ensure that production follows established processes and safety regulations. Act as technical support in production and handle daily challenges in the machine flow. Drive improvement work and contribute to optimizing working methods within the team's areas of responsibility. Responsible for reporting and documentation in accordance with the company's guidelines.

Requirements

Documented experience of industrial work as well as experience with independent responsibility. Documented experience of leading a team in daily operations. Good ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing, with a good understanding of industrial technical terms. Experience working as a machine operator.

Meritorious Previous experience in a leadership role within industry (team leader). Knowledge of screenprinting is seen as a strong advantage for the role. Experience from process industry (e.g., food or pharmaceuticals). Knowledge of LEAN and 5S. Relevant technical education, either secondary or post-secondary.
