Job Description As an administrator, you are the operational hub of Promoteq's operations; you are part of the delivery team and handle all orders that come into the company. Subsequently, you ensure that orders are registered, packed, delivered, and invoiced to the customer. You have a lot of contact with the various parts of Promoteq, both with the administration manager, the on-site warehouse manager, and the sales team/project managers in Stockholm.

You are self-reliant, take initiative in your work, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work where needed for the best interest of the business.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Previous experience working in Visma affärssystem.
• Previous experience in administrative work.
• Good knowledge of English in speaking & writing.

It is considered meritorious if you have previous experience working with order administration and invoicing.

Promoteq has its headquarters in Sandviken where the CEO, support functions such as administration, logistics, as well as occasional project managers are located. In Stockholm, there is a business development office with the Vice VD, Business Development Director, and salespersons/project managers.
