Responsibilities and assignments

• Be responsible for people management, promoting a collaborative environment, competency development, engagement, talent retention, and the formation of successors for key positions.
• Define and implement the Supply Chain strategy, ensuring the integration of Logistics, Transport, Logistics Engineering, and Indirect Procurement areas, aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including in-house and outsourced operations, ensuring supply, storage, movement, transport, distribution, and product availability to serve customers.
• Ensure the excellence of Inbound and Outbound operations, including fiscal receiving, storage, inventory management, inventories, order picking, invoicing, kit assembly, and material transport, ensuring service levels, productivity, quality, and operational compliance.
• Manage working capital related to inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimization of stock levels, and a balance between product availability and financial efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Logistics Engineering initiatives, promoting productivity gains, waste reduction, safety, quality, and optimization of operational flows.
• Conduct strategic projects of high complexity and financial impact, driving competitiveness, sustainable growth, and supply chain transformation.
• Establish, monitor, and report operational and financial indicators, ensuring the fulfillment of goals, alignment with corporate guidelines, and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage contracts and the performance of logistics operators, carriers, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring compliance, service levels, governance, and cost efficiency.
• Plan, control, and monitor the area's budget, including freight, storage, and logistics services, ensuring adherence to financial and operational goals.
• Act in an integrated manner with suppliers, customers, and internal areas, identifying risks and opportunities, promoting collaboration between business interfaces, and ensuring high service levels with optimization of employed capital.
• Ensure the strategic management of indirect purchases, ensuring competitiveness, quality, risk mitigation, compliance, and value generation for the organization.
• Promote supply chain risk management, safeguarding operational continuity, company reputation, process integrity, and the safety and well-being of employees.

Requested Experience:

• Solid experience in Supply Chain, covering planning, logistics, transport, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
• Knowledge of the Aftermarket market dynamics, distribution channels, and the competitive environment.
• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, and supply management.
• Knowledge of international logistics, importation, foreign trade, landed costs, and customs clearance.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation, strategic sourcing, contracts, and Indirect Procurement.
• Knowledge of transport modes, freight management, logistics operators, and logistics network optimization.
• Experience in Logistics Engineering, including storage, material handling, layout, and process optimization.
• Experience in managing performance indicators, budget, logistics costs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Knowledge of systems and technologies applied to the supply chain, focusing on productivity, accuracy, quality, and cost reduction.
• Financial analysis capability and strategic business vision, considering impacts of costs, profitability, commodities, and exchange rate variations.
• Experience in project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Relationship and influence skills with internal customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Risk Management and End-to-End Supply Chain.
• Experience in Project Management. Availability for travel.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements.

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Completed Post-graduation or MBA in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields.
• Mandatory fluent English, knowledge of Power BI, advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and Data Analytics tools.

Desirable Requirements.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence tools, focusing on continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction.
