Leads the construction of the strategic planning and the area's ambition, monitoring indicators and budget. Ensures the execution of Corporate Finance, Foreign Exchange Risk, and Investment policies, acting in partnership with the CSC.🏦 Treasury, Cash, and Banking RelationshipConducts the relationship with financial institutions, ensures credit and financing lines, manages liquidity and the strategic cash of the units, and guarantees adequate resources for operations. Acts in cash flow management and treasury decisions in alignment with internal areas.📈 Financial Operations and Capital MarketsCoordinates the team in debenture issuances and other fundraisings, including negotiation with fiduciary agents and financial institutions. Supports credit decisions, dividends, and relationship with rating agencies, as well as the structuring and monitoring of funding instruments such as FIDC, FINEP, and other development lines.🧩 Strategic Projects and Foreign Exchange RisksEvaluates strategic projects, mergers and acquisitions, and performs financial modeling. Leads foreign exchange risk management and hedge strategies, in addition to supporting initiatives to strengthen the group's international financial performance.📊 Financial ControllingLeads the analysis and monitoring of financial results, as well as financial budgeting (POA/FCST) for the business verticals. Identifies opportunities and coordinates initiatives aimed at optimizing the financial result and the group's capital structureRequirements and qualificationsFor this position, you must have:Experience (in the area): at least 05 years of experience in the Finance area and related fields;Academic Background: Degree in Administration, Accounting, and/or Economics, or related fields; Completed Post Graduation in related fields.Language: Intermediate EnglishCourses and Specific Knowledge: Corporate Finance; Management Accounting; Financial Modeling/Valuation; Advanced Excel; Will be considered a differentiator: having acted in management positions or as a Specialist, as well as having experience abroad and having knowledge in Strategic Planning; Macroeconomics and the Company's Markets of Operation;Additional informationWork in Caxias do Sul (hybrid regime)Availability for travel
