Let's work together to act as the company's main technological engine of innovation, being responsible for designing, evolving, and scaling modern data and artificial intelligence ecosystems.#VempraRandoncorpResponsibilities and assignmentsVanguard Architecture: Design and maintain data and AI infrastructure in cloud or hybrid environments, adopting modern patterns (such as Data Mesh and event-driven architectures) to ensure flexibility and delivery speed.Industrialization of Innovation: Identify technological trends in the market, lead the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and structure the technical path to transform experiments into scalable products.AI Operationalization (MLOps/LLMOps): Implement automated pipelines for the complete lifecycle of machine learning and generative AI models, accelerating deployment time and ensuring continuous monitoring of performance and biases.Democratization and Governance: Structure data and AI platforms in a self-service model, providing consumption autonomy to business areas under strict standards of security, lineage, and regulatory compliance (LGPD).Financial Efficiency and ROI: Align architecture decisions with the company's financial objectives, optimizing cloud infrastructure costs (such as GPU consumption) and ensuring the return on investment in innovation.Requirements and qualificationsMandatory:Ongoing or completed postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;Course or knowledge in Intermediate English;Certifications in AI.Desirable:Advanced English and Spanish;Knowledge in Cloud Datalake (Azure and OCI);Knowledge of the data layer concept.Experience in SAP data architecture projects.Knowledge in DatabricksAdditional informationWorking Hours:Shift 1 - From 07:12 to 17:00.Remote Work or In-person position in Caxias do Sul.
