Responsibilities and duties
- Release or block the purchase of acquired services or products, through a computerized system, in order to guarantee the Corporate Purchasing standards and procedures, submitting technical item approvals to the Supplier Development Engineer;
- Identify and implement improvements in the supplier development and evaluation system, based on audits, requesting certificates, analyzing questionnaires and action plans, keeping the supplier and item registration updated;
- Evaluate and monitor performance through indicators (supplier management, quality performance, commercial and logistics, among others), requesting and following up on non-conformity action plans, ensuring compliance with the goals of the Randon Companies' Supplier Requirements Manual, as well as defining priorities and reporting information to stakeholders;
- Control and ensure supplier documents related to certificates and operating licenses;
- Monitor the list of approved suppliers and participate in the supplier development or phase out plan, through alignment with business units and the supply chain, with the objective of meeting the Randon Companies' Requirements Manual and Corporate Purchasing procedures;
- Conduct and/or participate in projects, area training events, providing resources, defining roles and responsibilities of participants, technically guiding the conduct of the stages, ensuring compliance with schedules and alignment with the involved or impacted areas;
- Submit any and all technical analysis and approval of products and services to the Supplier Development Engineer;
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or in areas related to the scope of the position;
- Basic English;
- Quality Tools course;
- ISO 9001 course;
- Office Package IT course.

Working Hours: Shift 1 - From 07:12 to 17:00.
