*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, specifically Ramen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced restaurant environment that aligns to the Ramen Isshin standard. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

*Duties*

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and Ramen Isshin standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

*Skills*

• Proficient in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or fast paced foood service industry is preferred but not required.

*Requirements*

• Past kitchen experience in a fast paced restaurant/hotel is required.
• Open availability.
• Ability to commute/travel to the workplace location.
