Permanent Part Time Service Crew

Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales Assist with basic food preparation when required Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas Replenish and stock supplies as needed Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum N level
• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine
• Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Working arrangement: 3 days a week, Friday to Sunday Working hours: Half Day and/or Full Shifts available: 1) 11am to 3pm and 2) 5.30pm to 9.30pm
