Sales Development Representative (ADIKARA TRAINING)

Raizing is a fast-growing education company specializing in soft skills education for children and teenagers. We are currently seeking a Sales Education Specialist to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Description

• Promote and sell education programs, training, and learning solutions to individuals, schools, and institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and corporate partners
• Conduct product presentations and education consultations in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable education programs
• Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and education exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in sales, education sales, or training programs is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Confident, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively with parents and partners
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus
