English Trainer / English Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and high-energy English Trainer who can deliver leadership and personal development training for teenagers using English as the main teaching language.

Job Description

• Deliver engaging leadership, communication, and personal growth sessions in English for teenage students.
• Facilitate interactive classes, group discussions, and hands-on activities that build students’ confidence and character.
• Design and develop training curriculum, lesson plans, and learning materials aligned with our learning framework.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help students grow and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve and innovate learning programs.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and inspiring learning environment.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Experience in teaching, training, coaching, or youth development is highly preferred.
• Passionate about working with teenagers and creating meaningful learning experiences.
• Knowledge of leadership principles and ability to teach them in a practical, relatable way.
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable leading group activities.
• Able to develop curriculum and structured training modules.
• Good communication skills and growth mindset.
• Domicile in Jakarta or Tangerang
