Responsibilities and assignments

🎯HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL BE:

  • Strategic sourcing management: conduct procurement processes for IT consultancies (projects, agile squads/streams, software factories, cybersecurity services, and products), from understanding the demand to contract signing;
  • Senior negotiation: lead complex commercial negotiations, ensuring the best conditions for price, contracting model, scope, SLAs, fines, adjustments, indices, governance levels, and contractual flexibility;
  • Financial and value analysis: perform TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses, market benchmarking, should cost, make or buy scenarios, and evaluation of pricing models (hourly, package, FTE, outcome-based);
  • Contract management: draft, review, and administer contracts, addenda, and renewals, ensuring adherence to internal policies, risk mitigation, and company protection;
  • Performance management: define, monitor, and negotiate SLAs, KPIs, and supplier performance indicators, promoting continuous improvement plans and active governance;
  • Supplier relationship and development: act as a focal point for strategic suppliers, conducting evaluations, renegotiations, and innovation initiatives;
  • Stakeholder interface: act in a consultative manner with IT and business areas, supporting strategic decisions, clarifying commercial impacts, and proposing contracting alternatives;
  • Compliance and governance: ensure compliance with internal policies, audit processes, legal requirements, information security, and market best practices;
  • Continuous improvement of procurement processes: identify opportunities for process optimization, contractual standardization, supplier rationalization, and efficiency gains in IT management.

Requirements and qualifications

🔎WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Procurement (Purchasing), acting in a structured manner in complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship;
  • Experience in contract management, SLAs, fines, and adjustments;
  • Ability to perform financial analyses of proposals, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), benchmarking, and comparative evaluations between suppliers;
  • Integrated performance with internal areas, such as Legal, Finance, and demanding areas, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and business needs;
  • Intermediate English, with the ability to read, understand, and interact in meetings, contracts, and commercial proposals;
  • Availability to work 100% on-site in Piracicaba/SP or São Paulo/SP.

Differentials:

  • Knowledge or experience in Information Technology, especially in the context of software development projects, squads, agile streams, software factories, services, and cybersecurity solutions;
  • Practical experience with IT consultancy contracting models, such as Time & Material, Fixed Price, FTE, and outcome-based or success fee models;
