Responsibilities and assignments

🎯HOW YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of the Privacy program;
  • Monitoring of activities and action plans for regulatory adequacy and maintenance in data privacy;
  • Handling and forwarding requests from data subjects;
  • Assisting in inquiries made by data subjects and the ANPD;
  • Ensuring that the company remains compliant with all exposed privacy legislation, avoiding risks of regulatory and legal non-compliance, as well as reputational and financial risks;
  • Providing consultancy to business areas regarding privacy;
  • Drafting and reviewing privacy policies, Privacy Terms, reviewing contracts in Portuguese and English, and drafting privacy clauses.

Requirements and qualifications

🔎WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Completed higher education in Law;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience and knowledge in Compliance, with a focus on personal data privacy and sensitive personal data within the organizational context;
  • Desirable knowledge of technology and information security focused on privacy;
  • Management of regulatory adequacy projects in data privacy;
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and 27701 will be a differentiator.
