Logistics Services Assistant

At Raízen Argentina, we are looking for a "Logistics Services Assistant"

The Main Objective of the Position Will Be: To act as the logistics reference for the indirect channel, managing the relationship between distributors, the commercial area, and operations. Its main goal is to optimize dispatch capacity and order tracking (through FOB slots and distribution flows) to ensure delivery compliance and improve the user experience.

Responsibilities and attributions Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage the operational relationship with indirect channel distributors, providing support and visibility regarding order status, operational restrictions, and scheduling changes.
• Administer logistics capacity through the coordination of FOB slots, pickups, and dispatches.
• Monitor order execution and proactively identify operational deviations.
• Provide support for the scheduling and tracking of movements between Planta Sola, distributors, and external logistics operators (3PL).
• Develop indicators, reports, and analysis tools to monitor the indirect channel operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing service, logistics capacity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements and qualifications Academic background: Lic. in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and/or related careers.

Language skills: English (intermediate) Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams, SAP. Analysis and reporting tools.
