We are seeking an results-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager on a contract basis to lead our sales growth and marketing initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing—developing effective growth strategies, running campaigns, analyzing market data, and leading key initiatives. Reporting directly to the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our brand presence. Qualifications :

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role / position.
• Proven track record in building partnerships with travel agencies, tour guides, corporate offices, and schools within the F&B sector.
• Strong background/experience in the F&B and Hospitality industries.
• Target-oriented with experience in driving sales targets and lead generation.
• Domiciled in Bogor City.
