As part of the development of its activities on large-scale projects, our client, a major player in the field of energy infrastructure and large industrial projects, is looking for a Grand Paris Express Works Planner (M/F).

Reporting to the Large Projects Director, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and management of deadlines on complex projects integrating different phases: studies, procurement, works, testing, and commissioning.

You will play a key role in controlling deadlines and supporting project teams in anticipating risks and optimizing performance.

Your missions

As part of your duties, you will be required to:

  • Develop detailed project schedules in collaboration with the technical teams, works teams, and the Project Director.
  • Structure schedules according to the different project phases: studies, purchasing, procurement, realization, testing, and commissioning.
  • Integrate technical, contractual, regulatory, and operational constraints into the schedules.
  • Ensure the monitoring, updating, and analysis of execution schedules.
  • Identify discrepancies and potential drifts and propose corrective action plans.
  • Analyze critical paths and anticipate risks that could impact deadlines.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators related to project progress.
  • Prepare progress reports for the project management and stakeholders.
  • Lead planning meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and project partners.
  • Guarantee the consistency of schedules between the different lots and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of planning methods and tools.

This position is for you if you:

  • Hold a higher education degree at the Bac+5 level (Engineer, Master's in project management, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in complex project planning.
  • Have worked in demanding technical environments: large industrial projects, infrastructure, energy, railway, construction, or data centers.
  • Imperatively master the Primavera P6 tool.
  • Have a good knowledge of planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring methodologies.
  • Are able to analyze schedule risks and propose deadline optimization solutions.
  • Master professional English, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally have experience in an international environment or with English-speaking clients.
  • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, organization, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and know how to unite teams around project objectives.
