Your tasks

• Comprehensive support of (corporate) clients in economic difficulty
• Examination of engagements regarding their restructuring capability
• Development and implementation of solution proposals for engagements at risk of default
• Processing of restructuring proceedings
• Best possible realization of collateral

Requirements

• Completed economic or legal education (HAK, FH, University, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience as a Restructuring Manager
• Very good business and legal knowledge in insolvency and contract law
• English skills, as well as good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, conflict resolution competence, and negotiation skills
• Independent work in a team with high personal responsibility
