Data Center Technician

PBT Systems AB is looking for an IT Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT support technician to work with installation, troubleshooting, and technical support of IT and data center environments.

Tasks:

• Installation and troubleshooting of servers, network equipment, and other IT hardware
• Support and maintenance of Windows and Linux environments

• Network troubleshooting and basic configuration
• Installation and replacement of components in data centers

• Remote Hands / Smart Hands and on-site technical support
• Documentation of performed work

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support, data center, or similar technical work
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networks

• Experience in troubleshooting in Windows and/or Linux environments
• Good knowledge of English

• B-driver's license is a requirement

You need to be self-reliant, service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and together with others.
