Job Description Provide IT support to staff and students Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, smartboards, iPads, printers, and other peripherals Facilitate the use of music recording studio, providing assistance to staffs and students for audio track recording Facilitate and provide video recording during examination sessions for recorded proctoring Manage classroom smartboard and device management Maintain and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related Job Requirements Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting Windows OS and networking devices (switches, firewalls, wireless network) Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network monitoring tools Audio engineering skills, with knowledge of using Mixers, audio interfaces, Pro Tools to support audio recording, editing and mixing Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills Past experience with Education / MOE schools preferred. Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible and investigate enquiries and respond in a timely manner Past experience with Education / MOE schools preferred This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
