DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vision & radio-frequency control methods technician, you will play a key role in the qualification and implementation of the site's control processes. You will be responsible for mastering vision control means (such as Keyence LMX) and radio-frequency measurement benches (VNA, kits, and adapters). You will guarantee product compliance by collaborating closely with the manufacturing methods teams and ensuring a strong link with the quality profession. You will also contribute to developing vision and radio-frequency control skills and methodology within the industrial site.

In this context, your missions will be divided into two parts:

Operational Missions (70% of the position)

  • Ensure the development and then the operational deployment of new control methods in collaboration with the teams responsible for industrial processes,
  • Create measurement programs for control machines, create instruction sheets and control sequences, design and improve tooling and control supports (drafting, dimensioning, purchasing), for new products as well as for continuous improvement during series life,
  • Perform and validate the qualification of control means and processes to guarantee product compliance (R&R),
  • Analyze data as part of non-conformity monitoring (contribute to 8D in support of Quality and Methods).

Transversal Missions for the development of the site's Control Methods profession (30%)

  • Collaborate closely with the Design Office and Methods teams to integrate necessary controls from the design and industrialization phases,
  • Map the site's needs in terms of machine investments and control skills,
  • Perform technological monitoring and promote new control methods, anticipating growing needs in terms of digitalization: digital continuity, database management, capability analysis,
  • Train and upskill production teams (creation of control programs, autonomy in equipment use, level 1 troubleshooting).

MISSIONS BASED ON YOUR ASSETS

With a Bac +3 degree in industrial engineering, mechanics, electrotechnics, or physical measurements, you have worked on industrial quality control methods and acquired expertise in dimensional and microwave control environments.

You have knowledge of vision control equipment (Keyence LMX) and RF measurement benches (VNA) and in CAD tool design.

You are comfortable working collaboratively, are adaptable, and have good listening and communication skills.

You are comfortable in English.
