Design and adapt assembly sequences
- Under supervision, participate in the design of new assembly sequences; learn to adapt existing solutions to new products by integrating technical and economic constraints.
Analyze risks and feasibility
- Participate in risk analyses (AMDEC) and support the definition of mitigation plans; learn to identify and document the critical points of a process.
Document processes and evolutions
- Develop and update technical process documentation; participate in managing engineering changes (ECN/FET); ensure the traceability of technical data.
Support process qualification
- Assist in the qualification of new processes (tests, measurements, capability); learn validation and robustness methodologies.
Work in cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams; communicate with suppliers and international teams.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
WE BET ON YOUR ASSETS
- You hold a DUT GMP (Génie Mécanique et Productique), a BTS, or an equivalent qualification in general mechanics, industrial engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome.
- Solid foundations in general mechanics and micromechanics: You understand mechanical design principles, dimensioning, tolerances, and assemblies.
- An appetite for hands-on work and assembly: You enjoy practical mechanics, DIY, prototyping, and handling materials and tools.
- Computer-aided design tools: You are proficient in or ready to quickly learn CAD tools (Catia, Solidworks, or equivalent).
