Systems Infrastructure Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Group Infrastructure Manager, the Systems Infrastructure Manager ensures the sustainability, security, and performance of the company's On-Prem & Cloud Systems Infrastructures on a global scale. He/she ensures the implementation of governance and oversees the optimization and standardization of resources as well as the application of the security policy.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Management of On-Prem & Cloud Systems infrastructures through the application of governance within his/her scope,
• Consolidate, Supervise, standardize, secure and optimize On-Prem & Cloud Systems infrastructures, guaranteeing their reliability, performance and maintainability,
• Be responsible for Level 2 and 3 support as well as the maintenance of operational conditions for all On-Prem & Cloud Systems infrastructures, guaranteeing service availability within his/her scope (SLA).

Implementation of the security policy within his/her scope:

• Implement the security strategy within his/her scope in collaboration with the IT Security department,
• Apply the security policy defined by the RSSI and train teams on security best practices,
• Evaluate potential risks and implement preventive measures to protect technical resources.

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead an international team of 8 people, participating in their skill development and providing daily support,
• Foster collaboration, information flow and an innovative and motivating work environment across sites, intra and extra team,
• Implementation of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Event, Change Management, etc...) within his/her scope,
• Collaborate closely with other teams in the Group Infrastructure department as well as the DSI.

Project Management:

• Develop and lead evolution projects for On-Prem & Cloud Systems infrastructures, while managing budgets and deadlines,
• Write specifications and participate in calls for tender if necessary.

Supplier Relations and operational management within his/her scope:

• Establish and maintain relationships with service and hardware providers,
• Ensure continuity of service by managing subcontracting contracts and external service providers.

SEARCHED PROFILE:

Coming from an engineering school or an equivalent university degree, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in an equivalent position, ideally within an ETI or in an international and multi-site industrial environment.

You are an expert in On-Prem & Cloud Systems infrastructures (servers, storage, virtualization) and cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, routers, firewalls). You master operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), virtualized environments (Hyper-V), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and security tools.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
