Surface Treatment Industrialization Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Industrialization Manager leads a team responsible for the production rollout of new processes in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives, best practices, and Group procedures.

Your missions will be:

• Establish the industrialization plan: Define the industrialization plan for processes and production means in coherence with the BU strategy.
• Guarantee the implementation of the industrialization plan: Drive the deployment of the plan in connection with the R&T and UAP teams.
• Supervise and lead an industrialization team: Ensure the alignment of the team's skills with the department's needs.
• Ensure the link with R&T and Tech Dev: Guarantee the coherence of research and technology activities with the BU strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement: Evolve the industrialization process in accordance with the continuous improvement roadmap defined for the Group.
• Contribute to the interface with other group teams: Work with marketing, operations, and product development teams, and intervene with primarily internal customers when necessary.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar field of activity
• Experience in Surface Treatment
• Good level of English, intermediate to advanced, to exchange with technical teams and internal group interlocutors
