FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX — HIRING CRITERIA Education

• Minimum D3 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Familiar with AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Able to use Mekari Jurnal.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh and PPN.

Working Requirements

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment.
• Willing to work with flexible working hours based on operational needs.
• Willing to support weekend work when required, particularly for event-related activities.

Personal Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to work under deadlines and changing priorities.

Preferred

• Previous experience in agency, event, creative, or similar industries.
• Experience with other accounting systems such as Accurate, Xero, Odoo, or SAP.
• Practical experience in Indonesian tax compliance.
