Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities -Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration. -Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and financial control. -Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, as well as manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters. -Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash flow control. -Assess and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) to achieve cost savings and prevent project budget overruns. -Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review and decision-making. -Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure project objectives are achieved. Requirements:

• Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Required language(s): English
• Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• 3 -4 years related works in Singapore.
• Proactive and a team player
