Job Description

• You are responsible for the mathematical-technical valuation of international reinsurance contracts.
• In your role, you analyze the risk situation and the insurance portfolios of our clients using actuarial methods.
• Existing valuation approaches are reviewed and updated by you.
• Additionally, you develop, design, and test new mathematical methods and tools for technical valuation.
• You represent our interests at cross-departmental interfaces.
• Ensuring quality in valuation is also part of your tasks.
• You actively contribute your acquired professional experience to the team.
• In addition to these tasks, you undertake direct on-site consulting for our primary insurance clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Master's in Mathematics, Business Mathematics, or Physics
• Ideally Aktuar DAV or started training to become an Aktuar DAV
• Professional experience at a primary or reinsurance company
• Project experience desirable
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing, other foreign languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian are an advantage
• Team spirit, reflection and decision-making competence, as well as a flexible, agile mindset

Working hours: Standard 38h week, time tracking system, flextime & lifetime working account.

Vacation: 30 days of vacation & additional non-working days (Dec 24th and Dec 31st).
