Your tasks
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for insurance KPIs and operational insights
- Build Power Apps to support claims, underwriting, policy administration, and approvals
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and core insurance systems
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data security, accuracy, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements following Power Platform best practices
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform expertise
- Strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Knowledge of insurance processes: claims, underwriting, policy lifecycle, renewals
- Experience with Dataverse, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
