Laptop Refurbishment Technician

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware faults.

Disassemble and reassemble laptops to repair or replace faulty components.

Perform laptop refurbishment and run full diagnostic tests to ensure units are in good working condition.

Manage the collection and return of repair parts.

Maintain accurate repair and refurbishment status records.

Carry out assigned project work in accordance with customers’ policies, processes, and procedures.

Respond to routine customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional service.

Requirements

GCE “O” Level, “A” Level, ITE qualification, Diploma, or a relevant qualification in Electronics, Computing, or Information Technology.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or laptop repair, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and common desktop applications.

Able to work at the designated location below to perform laptop refurbishment.

Work Location Located in the Senoko industrial area, near Sembawang/Woodlands.
