If you enjoy solving technical challenges, coordinating across teams, and ensuring architectural excellence on site, we’d love to meet you. Your Role As a key member of our project team, you will: Review, coordinate, and produce architectural drawings including shop drawings

Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications and approved plans

Supervise and inspect subcontractors’ works to ensure quality and workmanship standards

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues

Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards (e.g. BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark)

Prepare and manage submissions, material approvals, reports, and site documentation

Monitor architectural work schedules, material procurement, and site progress

Attend project and site meetings, providing updates on coordination and progress matters

Your voice will be heard. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination (A&A / New Build projects) Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies Familiar with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS & Quality Mark standards Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant design software Strong coordination, analytical, and organisational skills Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants and subcontractors Responsible, proactive, and quality-driven mindset What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
