This is what you will do as a Business Analyst Marketing As a Business analyst Marketing, you will work on the digital transformation of Quooker to maximize the customer experience. You will critically examine our current Marketing and e-commerce landscape and identify where we need to innovate to stay ahead. In doing so, you look beyond the daily grind: you have the vision to critically examine our Marketing & e-commerce landscape and make it scalable for the future.
Additionally, you will lead the implementation of improvement proposals in existing or new IT systems. Your goal in this is a future-proof ecosystem in which data, technology, and marketing come together perfectly. Your upcoming projects have a diverse and international character, but are primarily focused on our Marketing and e-commerce processes and systems.
As a Business analyst, you are the first point of contact for improvements within the Marketing departments and you act as a strategic advisor who translates trends in e-commerce into concrete technological opportunities for Quooker. In this way, you translate functional needs or questions from our (international) organization into possible technical solutions. Think of new software, adjusted working methods, or for example dashboards for insights. From your role, you collect these needs in a backlog and determine the priority from an international perspective. Some changes are relatively small and some require a full project.
Leading projects is an important part of your activities. As a business analyst, you are responsible for your projects from A to Z and, together with the (external) stakeholders, search for extra tools & insights to make business operations in the marketing department more efficient. For this, you can build or expand dashboards, or you can call upon the expertise of the Data / BI specialist.

About Quooker’s BI & IM team The Business Intelligence & Information Management (BI & IM) team consists of a manager BI & Information management, six business analysts, and a Data team (consisting of a DCC Team Lead, two Data / BI specialist, and a Lead Data Engineer). Together, you are responsible for the digital transformation of Quooker and a solid setup of the IT/data landscape & processes. The team works closely with the IT department, internal stakeholders, and external partners. In fact, the BI&IM department is the linking pin between the business and IT (partners) to move from a functional question to a working solution or working method.
You have a completed WO-education in the direction of (Digital) Marketing, Business Information Management, Digital Business, E-commerce, Business Analytics & Management;
Knowledge of modern MarTech-stacks and e-commerce trends;
You have a number of years of relevant work experience, preferably in a more senior role;
You have experience with Marketing and e-commerce processes within a B2B and/or B2C environment;
Project leadership and organizational skills;
Ability to critically analyze problems and propose solutions based on data & facts;
You master the Dutch and English language in speech and writing;
You work independently, take responsibility, and dare to make decisions;
You have strong analytical and communicative skills with which you can clearly explain to stakeholders which solution we are going to offer for their challenges, but also sometimes with good substantiation, can sell a "No". Awareness of the environment and the importance of stakeholders is important, and you ensure effective involvement.
