Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Contaduría Pública (degree obtained)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Knowledge of Normas de Información Financiera (NIF).
- Management of accounting systems and ERP (preferably SAP).
- Intermediate-advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge in:
- Calculation and presentation of federal and state taxes.
- Monthly and annual declarations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Financial statements.
- IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax obligations.
- Desirable experience in companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or general industry sectors.
Principales responsabilidades
- Record and control the company's accounting operations.
- Prepare accounting policies and ensure their correct documentary integration.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account cleaning.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Determine federal and state taxes.
- Submit tax declarations in a timely and proper manner.
- Follow up on internal and external audits.
- Control fixed assets and depreciations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and corporate provisions.
