Planner (m/f/d) (Planner - Warehouse)

For an internationally successful technology company from Herzogenrath, we are looking for a Material Planner (m/f/d). We are filling this position within the framework of temporary employment. A later permanent takeover is possible.

TASKS

• Material planning for existing series production, customer projects and new product development
• Monitoring of order releases and orders
• Adjustment and consolidation of purchase requisitions
• Ensuring demand-dependent material availability in coordination with production and purchasing
• Optimization of processes regarding material planning in SAP
• Processing and maintenance of material master data in SAP
• Identifying potential capacity bottlenecks and developing proposals to avoid them
• Ensuring timely production of components and end products
• Data analysis to determine key performance indicators (KPI)
• Commercial comparison of offers and coordination with technical specialist departments
• Interface coordination with the Engineering, SQC, and Goods Receipt departments
• Supplier communication / coordination of delivery quantities and dates related to orders
• Reports for internal requirements such as goods movements, turnover frequency, SOX reports

QUALIFICATION

• Very good SAP knowledge
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Basic knowledge in handling CAD systems
• Good knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing
