Your tasks

Main Functions

• Manage the documentation necessary for the formalization of contracts and purchase orders of REPSE providers, ensuring they comply with legal and administrative requirements.
• Control and validate information from purchase orders, contracts, and worker data, guaranteeing their integrity and correct integration into files.
• Follow up on and monthly update the tax, social security, and payroll documentation of REPSE providers, maintaining reliable and complete databases.
• Prepare and review RST summaries and worker lists, validating incidents and ensuring correct delivery to clients.
• Collect and consolidate information from areas such as Accounting and Payroll to guarantee the availability of data required in reports and audits.
• Analyze and document contract movements (additions, extensions, new contracts, debts), keeping files updated for regulatory reports.
• Verify and follow up on purchase orders and invoicing in the system, ensuring that the information is complete and correctly recorded.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
