Quinn Quest Talent are partnered with a Global Agency, they are recruiting for an experienced and talented Senior Creative Designer to become its senior in-market Beauty creative resource across Europe.

If you're a senior designer who loves turning big brand ideas into standout physical retail experiences, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global Beauty team.

Your tasks

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Designer who understands beauty, retail and physical brand experiences and wants to play a key role in developing creative solutions for major global brands and retailers.

• Lead creative concepts and design development for European Beauty projects
• Turn global brand strategies into compelling local retail experiences
• Develop 2D & 3D concepts, visualisations and presentations
• Bring insight into European retailers, shoppers, trends, materials and competitors
• Work directly with clients, retailers and internal teams
• Present ideas, attend client meetings, design reviews and store visits
• Work closely with Strategy, Engineering, Production and Commercial teams
• Take concepts through prototyping, validation and implementation
• Help develop innovative, manufacturable solutions
• Build relationships with regional suppliers and production partners

Requirements

We're looking for a designer with 8+ years' experience in retail, experiential or beauty design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating premium retail or beauty environments.

You'll ideally have

• Strong 2D & 3D design and visualisation skills within Beauty
• Experience working with major brands and retailers
• Excellent concept development and presentation skills
• A strong understanding of physical retail and shopper experiences
• Experience working with production, engineering and manufacturing teams
• Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• A good understanding of European retail trends, materials and execution
• English is essential. French or another European language would be a bonus.
