Development and Technical Service Coordinator

Your tasks

1. Support proposing new products that keep us at the forefront of the agrochemicals market.
2. Support developing new products through demonstration plots, field days, launches, expos.
3. Support following up on biological efficiency tests for registrations.
4. Maintain or increase relationships with authorized distributors.
5. Continuous visits to the distributor network.
6. Management and follow-up of inventories.
7. Collect and update market information.
8. Train or update technical and counter staff of distributors on products.
9. Delivery of promotional material to distributors and the sub-distributor network.
10. Promote "first-time" use to increase the consumer base.
11. Perform field service, mainly with opinion leaders: associations, farmer groups, large producers, confederations, ejidos, etc.
12. Scheduled field demonstrations with the participation of the local distributor and sub-distributor, as well as the corresponding talk for the validation of the demonstration.
13. Conduct 'Counter Days' with distributors for the purpose of promoting Química Lucava products.
14. Attention in case of non-conformities regarding any Química Lucava product.
15. Post-sales service to achieve loyalty.
16. Monitor competitor activity: prices, discount policy, promotions, new products, new companies, etc.
17. Check that product placement on shelves is optimal to achieve good visual impact, as well as brochures in the correct location for consumer reach.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 45 years
• Knowledge: Coordination ability, Efficiency, Agronomy, Inventory, Follow-up, Technical service, Participation, Agro-industry product development, Demonstration
• Driver's licenses: A
• Availability to travel: Yes
