*Job description:*

Quick Fit Parts Inc., a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck cooling and A/C parts across Canada, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

*Responsibilities*

? Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries

? Make outbound sales calls to new, inactive, and existing customers

? Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales

? Build strong relationships with repair shops, fleets, mechanics, and dealerships

? Develop new customer accounts and grow existing accounts

? Identify customer needs and recommend the correct products

? Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes in the system

? Work closely with Warehouse, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure orders are processed correctly

? Help achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service

*Qualifications*

? Previous sales experience is required

? Experience in auto parts, truck parts, heavy-duty parts, industrial products, or B2B sales is a strong asset

? Strong communication and telephone skills

? Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers

? Confident, organized, reliable, and results-driven

? Basic computer and data-entry skills

? Ability to work full-time from our Mississauga location

? Fluency in English is required; Farsi is strongly preferred

Pay: $3,200.00-$3,600.00 per month
