Technical Lead | Solutions Architect

Job Description:

Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of applications and enterprise technology solutions.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective solution designs.

Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentoring to development, QA, DevOps, and other technical resources.

Review and ensure the quality of technical designs, source code, integrations, and implementation approaches.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance considerations, and opportunities for technology improvements.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise application delivery.

Proven experience designing scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable software solutions and system architectures.

Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, system integration, databases, cloud technologies, security, and software development lifecycle.

Experience providing technical leadership, conducting design and code reviews, and mentoring development teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise development standards is preferred.
