QA Engineer

Job Description:

Analyze business and technical requirements and develop appropriate test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing based on defined quality standards.

Identify, document, track, and validate defects while coordinating with development teams for resolution.

Perform test result analysis and provide recommendations to improve application quality and release readiness.

Participate in requirements reviews, sprint activities, test planning, and other Agile delivery activities.

Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, defect reports, and other QA-related deliverables.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.

Ability to create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, defect reports, and test execution documentation.

Familiarity with API testing, database validation, web/mobile application testing, and common QA/testing tools.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams and participating in sprint and testing activities.

Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
