Food Technologist - Csd & Quality Control

Location: Suhum, Ghana

A reputable beverage manufacturing company is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Food Technologist to lead its Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) operations and overall Quality Control function .

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality control activities across CSD and other production processes. Develop and maintain quality standards for raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Monitor CSD production to ensure products meet required quality and safety standards. Conduct and oversee laboratory testing and quality checks. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and production deviations, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate quality control records and reports. Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce production losses. Train production and quality personnel on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Strong experience in CSD/beverage manufacturing and quality control . Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality management systems. Strong understanding of beverage processing, laboratory testing, and quality assurance. Proven ability to lead a Quality Control function and work effectively with production teams. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing are preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
