Available Opportunities

 Evening Collections Team – Engage customers during evening hours to maximize recoveries.

 Fintech Collections Team – Manage digital lending portfolios and drive loan recoveries.

 Conventional Collections Team – Handle assigned debt portfolios through effective negotiation and customer engagement.

 Field Collections Team – Conduct field visits, customer tracing, and debt recovery activities in line with company procedures.

Key Requirements

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

 Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a call centre is an added advantage.

 Applicants for the Evening Team must be available to work evening shifts.

 Applicants for the Field Team must be willing to travel as required.
