Your tasks

In the role of Scrum Master, you will work with two of the organization's Scrum teams, where you are responsible for facilitating, developing, coaching, and supporting the teams' ways of working. The teams develop and manage hardware and software products for the customer's internal production facilities for packaging materials, which are located around the world.

You will also lead initiatives that promote continuous improvements throughout the entire organization.

We would prefer that you have

• A technical education at the university level.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Scrum Master roles, preferably within both hardware and software.
• Experience in line management responsibility or project management is a merit.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
