Commercial Business Analyst – Läkemedelsdistribution

Assignment Description

This is a business-oriented analyst role at the intersection of operations, process, and data. There is less focus on traditional requirements documentation and a greater focus on dialogue, process understanding, and translating customer needs into clear data requirements.

Your main tasks:

• Customer Dialogue & Data Requirements: Drive direct dialogue with external customers to understand their data needs and define a common "minimum data set" that the development team can build upon.
• Independent Drive: Independently lead customer dialogues as well as consolidate information from parallel conversations into clear conclusions and actionable documentation.
• Collaboration & Testing: Work closely with data engineers, contribute to the SAP transformation, and support testing and verification of the delivery.
• Critical Data Domains: Handle data domains such as sales data, inventory levels, out-of-stock situations, narcotics-classified products, and invoice data to financial systems.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure high accuracy and traceability, as incorrect data can have significant business and compliance consequences.

Mandatory Requirements

We are looking for a specialist rather than a generalist – a profile that values depth over breadth, has commercial thinking, and can comfortably conduct business dialogues. To meet the requirements, you have:

• Documented experience in direct customer dialogue and external work (not just internal roles).
• Experience negotiating with external parties and reaching consensus regarding different needs and expectations.
• Experience with SAP and the business processes supported by the system.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Understanding of distribution and logistics as a business area.
• Confidence in working at the interface between process and technology, as well as the ability to translate requirements in both directions.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.

Meritorious Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish.
• Experience from läkemedelsdistribution, life science, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with SAP migrations or other major transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, especially Azure or Databricks.
• Experience with data sharing with external parties.

About the Assignment & Practical Information

• Assignment Period: 2026-09-07 - 2027-09-01
• Remote Work: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week
