Technical Executive (Facilities & Property Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and property maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance works carried out by technicians and contractors.
• Ensure building facilities, equipment and systems are properly maintained.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update work progress.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of building services systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle daily operational matters.
