Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 📊 Market Intelligence Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis. Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and salary benchmarks. Provide consultative hiring advice to clients and candidates. 🌟 Relationship Building Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout their career journey. Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences. Act as a career consultant, helping professionals achieve their career aspirations. 📈 Professional Development Participate in a structured Management Trainee Programme. Candidates with internship, sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
