Functional Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, review and validate business requirements.

Conduct impact assessments and analyze current-state and to-be business/operational processes based on agreed requirements.

Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives and project scope.

Identify and manage requirements-related risks, issues and scope changes , ensuring clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Perform impact assessments, effort estimations and change analysis for project change requests.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and communicate requirements to System Analysts and technical teams.

Ensure functional specifications are complete, consistent and traceable to approved business requirements .

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution alignment.

Testing & Implementation Review test plans, test scenarios and functional test scope prepared by the testing team to ensure adequate coverage of business requirements.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Coordinate defect prioritization, tracking and resolution with business, testing and technology teams.

Validate delivered functionality against approved requirements and support business stakeholders through testing and implementation.
