As Laboratory Operations & Safety Officer , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of QuantWare's laboratories while helping build the operational foundations for our expanding R&D facilities, including our new semiconductor cleanroom.

Working closely with the Health & Safety Officer, R&D, Facilities and Operations teams, you will establish scalable laboratory and cleanroom support processes, ensuring our facilities remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient.

As QuantWare continues to scale, many laboratory and cleanroom procedures, operational standards and safety processes are still under development. You will own the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of these procedures, supporting both current laboratory operations and the commissioning of our new cleanroom facilities.

You will also support the Health & Safety Officer in implementing laboratory and cleanroom safety programmes, coordinating the RI&E (Risk Inventory & Evaluation), developing safe working procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable EHS requirements.
