Logistics Technician (M/F)

We are recruiting a Logistics Technician as part of the growth of our Production activity. You will work within the Operations department (currently 11 people), with 2 Logistics Technicians, and you will report directly to the Production Manager. You will organize and manage supply flows, and ensure compliance with manufacturing deadlines, based on orders and company imperatives. This position is based in Montpellier.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Manage stocks and part supply orders.
• Receive and inspect products ordered from suppliers.
• Launch manufacturing orders in accordance with the master plan.
• Trigger logistical movements of parts, measuring tools, etc.
• Synchronize operations between the technicien.ne.s and subcontractors for certain interventions.
• Make commitments, perform reporting, and escalate alerts regarding overall schedule adherence to your principals.
• Plan shipping, receiving, and delivery transports while ensuring compliance with current regulations (customs, import-export, safety.).
• Participate in the monthly inventory.
• Manage production contingencies (shortages, non-quality).
• Participate in the optimization of industrial management.
• Implement continuous improvement solutions.

Profile Sought / Required:

You have a Bac +2 in Logistics or equivalent. You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a standardized environment. You master Enterprise Resource Planning ERP. You master the Office pack, and notably Excel. You master professional written and spoken English. You are organized and rigorous.

Desirable: You have experience in the field of medical robotics. You have experience using the ERP "Business Central by Microsoft Dynamics".
