Air Freight Import Executive

• Receive, review and process air import documents (MAWB, HAWB, Cargo Manifest, Arrival Notice, Debit Note, etc,...)
• Enter and update shipment information, costs, and revenues in the system.
• Prepare and send Arrival Notices (A/N) and Delivery Orders (EDO) to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, cargo terminals, agents, customers and internal departments regarding shipments status.

• Years of experience: min 1 year experience in documents logistics, experience with air freight is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, and import process.
• Carefull, detail working
• Basic English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
