We are seeking a Junior Business Manager to support the growth of our consulting activities with international financial institutions, with a strong focus on European MNCs operating in Asia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved across business development, recruitment, and project coordination , in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

🎯 KeyResponsibilities

• Support the development of business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the financial services sector
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to the identification of consulting needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up)
• Coordinate consultant onboarding and ensure effective deployment on client projects
• Maintain and develop relationships with consultants and clients
• Contribute to market research and talent mapping within the banking sector

👤Requirements

• Master degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field
• 1 year min of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in consulting
• Demonstrated understanding of the banking environment and consulting dynamics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

🌍 LanguageRequirements

• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in French/Spanish or German is a plus , due to regular interactions with European clients and stakeholders
