For our security team in Haifa, we are looking for a QA Group Manager

Responsibilities:

• QA Leadership and Management: Full responsibility (end-to-end) for integration and testing processes for product lines with multi-permutation configurations in complex operational environments.
• Lab Operation and Management: Daily supervision and prioritization of activities in integration labs, resolving hardware bottlenecks, and maintaining continuous coordination between lab tests and field experiments.
• Methodology and Engineering Documentation: Setting standards and leading the creation of comprehensive test documentation (STP, STD, STR) alongside ATP/ATR definitions for standalone and integrated systems.
• Multi-disciplinary Collaboration: Close work in a matrix organizational structure with systems engineering leads, technical managers, development teams, technicians, and field operations personnel to ensure product release readiness.
• Innovation and Optimization: Implementing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for automation and optimization of test scenarios, streamlining requirement writing, and improving organizational learning processes.

Experience:

• 3-6 years of proven experience leading QA/integration teams for complex systems (high preference for a background in security fields, such as UAVs, electro-optics, or communications).
• Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary system testing (combining hardware, software, communications, airborne payloads, and ground control stations).
• Hands-on experience in operating and managing integration labs.
• Full proficiency in writing end-to-end engineering documentation (STP, STD, ATP, ATR).

• Broad systemic vision combined with the ability to dive into complex technical details.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high service consciousness when working with internal interfaces.

Technical and Managerial Skills:

• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational and matrix interfaces.
• Familiarity and practical experience in Agile / Sprint Planning work environments.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for test optimization and scenario generation.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
